 In all projects, developing the brief is critical to the generation of imaginative solutions to the client's unique set of needs and aspirations. Throughout the design process AAB will appraise the performance of the proposal against the client's aims, and use models and drawings to help explain and develop design ideas. We will often carry out feasibility studies at an early stage of a project to assist clients with project planning; working with a quantity surveyor we can provide first stage estimates for a number of preliminary scheme options. We work collaboratively with other design professionals (eg. the structural engineer), and can advise our clients regarding suitable consultants to form the project design team. We are usually the main point of contact for a client, and manage the project from inception to completion, including the administration of the building contract.
