The project involved the reconfiguration of the ground floor, creating a new route from the front entrance, connecting the kitchen, living room and new dining area, and opening up to the garden at the rear.

The extension adds an additional layer to the building, wrapping round to create an external courtyard, with large glazed openings to frame views, and skylights to drop light deep into the plan.

Rendered elevations contrast with the existing red brickwork, dark grey aluminium sliding doors and dark grey granite paving to the terrace.
