New office space for the UK and Ireland Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross is ready for occupation. Our client’s brief focused on health and well-being, reflecting the ethos of the ICRC, with the use of low-embodied carbon, natural and recycled materials, with some elements recycled from the previous office fit-out. Although the design was carried out before the lock-down, we hope that the new environment will provide a calm and safe setting for their future work. The planting which has been designed as an integral part of the scheme will be installed when more staff have returned to the office.
