Alice and Matteo, a fellow ACAN member, were asked to talk with residents of Central Hill Estate about the benefits of retrofit. Retrofit is now being considered as an alternative to demolition and rebuilding the estate. Given the site’s dramatic setting, making homes more accessible is one of the challenges.
