We are very pleased to be working with Blakedown Landscapes again at Duke’s Meadows. This is the final phase of the masterplan we developed in 2002. Blakedown delivered the water play area in 2006.
This project will restore the 1920’s approach road to the banks of the Thames. Initial works have involved removing the debris that had accumulated over the decades to reveal the original granite kerbs.
The sluice house, which houses the mechanism that controls water allowed in and out of the lake at Chiswick House, will be more visible, with better views and improved accessibility from the riverside path.
